Instructions for Submitting an RFP
Submit an Online Form
Submitting your RFP online is easy with our online form. You’ll need your personal information and basic meeting information, including dates and the anticipated number of attendees, to complete the form. You should only submit the online form if you intend to contract sleeping rooms. Other RFPs should be submitted by email.
- Get Started: Use the search tool and see if we have your organization’s contact information. Even if you have never contacted Visit Salt Lake before, you must complete the search function to be redirected to the online form.
- Update Previous RFP: If we have your company information on file, you’ll see it in the search results. Select your company, click “Start My RFP,” update the form as needed, then click “Submit.”
- Submit New RFP: If your search returns no results, just click “Start My RFP” to complete the form. Please note, you must complete the search function (even if you search for nothing) to be directed to the online form.
If you do not plan to contract sleeping rooms for your event and have an existing RFP document, you may submit the RFP via email as an attachment. However, meeting planners are encouraged to submit the online form for faster processing.
Once we have received your RFP, a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time.
