This 3-day itinerary offers a the perfect blend of day-trips across the Salt Lake Region including outdoor adventures and cultural experiences, highlighting some of the most iconic destinations near Salt Lake.

From the tranquil shores of Antelope Island to the surreal beauty of the Bonneville Salt Flats, each day brings new experiences and discoveries. After a day of outdoor adventure, evenings in Salt Lake City offer a vibrant culinary scene and lively nightlife, ensuring a memorable and fulfilling journey through the heart of Utah.  

Transportation: With destinations across the city and out to Antelope Island and the Salt Flats, we recommend access to a car for this itinerary.

Day 1: Explore Antelope Island

Morning: Antelope Island

Antelope Island State Park, Syracuse, UT 84075 

Head to Antelope Island (approximately 1 hour), where you can hike scenic trails, find bike rentals for a bike ride, spot wildlife like bison and antelope, and enjoy panoramic views of the Great Salt Lake. 
 

Dinner: Takashi

Have dinner at Takashi, one of Salt Lake's top sushi restaurants. Their creative sushi rolls and Japanese dishes are a must-try.  

Evening: Van Ryder
