Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Connect Pass, including where to buy a pass, how to activate it, and more.

Where do I get a Connect Pass?
You can purchase Connect Passes right here. Your passes will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Open the email on your mobile phone, tap the prompt that appears when you log in to view your pass, and an icon will be saved to your homescreen. Any time you want to access your pass, simply tap the Connect Pass icon. Don't have a smartphone? You can also print vouchers from your desktop computer.

How long can I use my Salt Lake Connect Pass?
The Salt Lake Connect Attractions Pass is sold as a 1-day, 2-day pass or 365-day pass It's activated the first time you use it and remains active for the number of consecutive days purchased. You must activate your pass within 90 days of purchase.
The 365-Day pass is valid from purchase date for 365 days.
Extensions for missed activation periods or expired passes will not be honored. To activate your pass, just show the ticket window at any of the participating venues.

What is my expire or activation date?
View your pass' expire or activation date and use policy by clicking on the Info and Expiration buttons within your mobile pass.
Can you extend my pass? Some attractions were closed.
No, Connect Passes cannot be extended due to attractions being temporarily closed. Most venues are open a majority of the year with limited closures for standard maintenance or major holidays. Due to the seasonality of some attractions and business needs outside our control some attractions may be closed during your pass activation time. While we try to post known extended closures, please check with specific venues for open dates and times.

How do I redeem my Groupon?
If you do not receive the separate confirmation email:
- Go to your Groupon confirmation email and find the "How to Use" section at the bottom
- Click on "My Groupons" to pull up your Groupon purchases
- From the "My Stuff" page click on "See Details" on your pass
- Once there, click the "View Voucher" button then click the "Click Here to Redeem Online" button

Are group discounts available?
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Please allow 3 business days to process group orders. For group rate information or to order, please contact tickets@visitsaltlake.com.
Is the Connect Pass a good value?
Absolutely! Regular adult admission to all of the participating attractions adds up to over $300. Depending which pass you buy, you'll save over 60% on the total cost of admissions. Do I need to get a Connect Pass for my toddler?
No. Children 2 and under get in for free at all attractions except for Discovery Gateway.
How many times can I visit each attraction?
Each Connect Pass is good for 1 admission at each attraction within the time frame purchased.

How many attractions can I visit with the Connect Pass?
There are 14 participating venues offering admission to 18 attractions (two of the venues, Clark Planetarium and Thanksgiving Point, offer multiple attractions). You can visit all 18 attractions with your Connect Pass, but you are limited to one (1) visitation at each attraction while your pass is active.
If I'm traveling with a friend or family, can we use the same pass?
No. Each person must have their own Connect Pass in order to visit participating attractions.
What should I do if I don't receive my pass, can't access it, or my pass disappears?

Can I receive a refund on my Connect Pass if I decide not to use it?
No. The Salt Lake Connect Attractions Pass is non-refundable and all sales are final.
Are there COVID-19 restrictions or changes at the venues?
Very few. Most venues have returned to normal operations. Contact tickets@visitsaltlake.com for questions regarding Covid-19 protocols or restrictions.
