Submit Events

Visit Salt Lake partners with for the most comprehensive events calendar in Utah. If you would like your event featured on our calendar (and others across the state), you need to submit your event to NowPlayingUtah.

Submitting your event information is easy! Just follow these steps: 

1) Verify Organization Information
First check to be sure your organization is listed and the information is correct.

2) Submit Event Details
Arts and cultural events can be submitted in 1 of 2 ways:

You can also include up to 6 high-quality photographs for each event. The better the images, the more likely your event will pull to the forefront of the site. Photographs must be in jpg format and no larger than 3 megabytes.

Please Note: All events must be submitted at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event's start date in order to be posted. If we receive your event info less than 3 weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that your event will be posted. We recommend submitting at least one month in advance for good visibility on the site.

3) Add BeDynamic to Mailing Lists 
Adding to your mailing lists for newsletters, press releases, etc. is the easiest, most efficient way to post your arts and cultural events to
