Visit Salt Lake and its websites use Now Playing Utah to drive our event-specific content. If you would like Visit Salt Lake, Now Playing Utah, and affiliated sites to display information regarding your next event, you may do so in one of two ways. We strongly encourage all event organizers to submit public events in Utah at least two weeks before they start.
Submitting Your Event to Now Playing Utah is Free and Easy
All it takes is having your event details ready and sending them on to Now Playing Utah via their online submission form or email. Make sure you know the name, date, time, location, and cost of your event AND have a graphic ready to help promote your event to locals and visitors.
Option 1: Upload Events to NowPlayingUtah.com
Register (or log into an existing account) then click “Submit Events.” Add the relevant information, including professional photos, video, or audio. Follow the detailed instructions in this guide to ensure your account is set up correctly.
Option 2: Email Events to Now Playing Utah
Send an email with all event details and an image to the content managers at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will upload your event for you. An easy way to ensure Now Playing Utah receives your events via email is to add email@example.com to your mailing list.
