Where do I get the Salt Lake Attractions Passes?
You can purchase Salt Lake Attractions Passes right here. Your passes will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Open the email on your mobile phone, tap the prompt that appears when you log in to view your pass, and an icon will be saved to your home screen. Any time you want to access your pass, simply tap the Salt Lake icon.

How do I use my pass?
After you select and purchase the pass that fits your needs, the pass will be instantly delivered to your phone via text and email and is ready to use immediately! There are no apps to download! Your pass can be saved to your phone's home screen for easy one-tap access.
What should I do if I don't receive my pass, can't access it, or my pass disappears?

I bought the pass for someone else and need to transfer the pass to them. How do I do that?
Remember that each pass can only be used by ONE recipient and EACH visitor must have their own pass. If you need to transfer the pass to someone (for example, you bought the pass as a gift and you need to send it to them) it is an easy 3-step process.

- Select the transfer button
- Select the passes you want to transfer and fill out the recipients information
A transfer cannot be undone, so please verify all information before you finalize the transfer.

Can I share my pass with friends or family?
No, each pass is intended for individual use and cannot be shared. However, you can purchase additional passes for friends or family members to enjoy the attractions together.
How long is my pass valid?
The Explorer Pass is good for 365-days from the date of purchase.
Pick 3 Passes (including: Downtown Discovery, Uniquely Salt Lake, Family Faves, and Arts & Culture) expire 9 days after their first use. You must activate the pass within 120 days of purchase, so plan accordingly to make the most of your experience.
What is my expire or activation date?
You can view your pass' expire or activation date and use policy by clicking on the Info and Expiration buttons within your mobile pass.
Are 1- and 2-day passes still available?
We no longer offer 1- and 2-day passes. Instead, you can choose from our Pick 3 passes which have a 9-day window to explore up to 3 attractions from a curated list or the Salt Lake Explorer Pass, which gives you a full year to visit as many included attractions as you like at your own pace. These options help you make the most of your time in Salt Lake.

Can you extend my pass? Some attractions were closed.
No, Salt Lake Attractions Passes cannot be extended due to attractions being temporarily closed. Most venues are open a majority of the year with limited closures for standard maintenance or major holidays. Due to the seasonality of some attractions and business needs outside our control, some attractions may be closed during your pass activation time. While we try to post known extended closures, please check with specific venues for open dates and times.
What about the Snowbird Tram?
Snowbird's Scenic Tram may be closed due to high winds and/or maintenance, and takes scenic riders as available during the ski season (November to May). Please visit the Snowbird Tram Website or call (801) 933-2222 to verify the tram is operating and taking scenic riders before heading to Snowbird.

What happens if I don't use my pass?
All Salt Lake Attractions Passes ((including: Downtown Discovery, Uniquely Salt Lake, Family Faves, Arts & Culture, and Explorer pass)) are a non-refundable product. If you have not used the pass and have questions, please email tickets@visitsaltlake.com for assistance.
Can I receive a refund on my Pass if I decide not to use it?
All Salt Lake Attractions Passes are non-refundable. If you have not used your pass and have specific questions, please contact us at tickets@visitsaltlake.com
Can I visit more than three attractions with my pass?
Our Pick 3 Passes include admission to up to three attractions of your choice from those included on the specific pass.
If you'd like to visit more than 3 attractions, check out the Explorer pass that includes one admission to each included attraction.

How many times can I visit each venue?
All passes are good for one visit at the selected locations. Pick 3 is only good for up to 3 locations. The Explorer Pass includes one visit to each included venue.
Are the Salt Lake Attractions Passes a good value?
Absolutely! The Salt Lake Attractions Passes provide savings off regular admission pricing. Savings depend on the venues visited and the pass chosen.

Do I need to get an Attractions Pass for my toddler?
No. Children 2 and under get in for free at all attractions except for Discovery Gateway Children's Museum.
Are there additional costs for admission to the venues?
Your pass includes admission to each participating attraction, so you will not pay anything extra to enter. However, some locations may offer special exhibits, tours, or after-hours events that are not included with the pass. These optional add-ons are available for purchase separately if you’d like to enhance your visit.
