    Table X is situated in a rustic, wood-barreled roof building constructed originally in 1929. We have outfitted this old infrastructure with a clean and modern aesthetic presenting food that is real and fresh. We grow as much of our own produce as possible directly on site, and we have dedicated ourselves to our craft; sourcing locally as much as possible, and intimately within each season. We change the menu as much as possible, and continually look to push the envelope in order to expand the culinary demands of Salt Lake City and Utah. We believe that it is our duty to raise the bar for SLC’s dining scene to drive its cuisine and hospitality industry forward. Book your holiday parties today, and don’t miss out on what these three chefs will do to create the most memorable experience possible. 13 raised beds blanket the Table X gardens. It is a French potager garden. We grow everything we can. In 2018 we grew over 300 lbs. of tomatoes. The ideas behind the garden are not only to showcase the connection between the food we grow and food we serve every single night, but to also highlight each season throughout the year. We practice a variety of methods of preservation including fermentation, pickling, canning, drying, and aging.

    • Description: We have a private Garden Dining Room overlooking our vegetable garden. It can accommodate up to 14 guests. We can tailor an experience for you and your guests with a multi-course tasting menu or you can order a la carte from the Table X menu. The Garden Dining Room is also available for private business clients and events, too.
