 Where do I get the Connect Pass?

Connect Pass Buy Now You can purchase the pass online*, directly at the Salt Lake Visitors Information Center (90 South West Temple), from participating area hotels or through many tour operator partners.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Please allow 3 business days to process group orders. For group rate information or to order, please call (801) 534-4900 and ask for Group Sales.

*The 365 day pass is only available online.

Is the Connect Pass a good value?

Absolutely! Admission to all of the participating attractions total over $120. You will save between 45%-80% depending on which pass you buy, which means you will be hard pressed to find a better way to see Salt Lake for a better price.


How long do I have to use my Connect Pass?

The Visit Salt Lake Connect Pass is sold as a 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, or 365-day pass. It is activated the first time you use it and remains active for the number of consecutive days purchased. The 365-day pass remains active for an entire year; however, if you do not use/activate any Connect Pass within the calendar year it was purchased, it will expire.

How many attractions will the Connect Pass allow me to visit?

There are 13 participating attractions. You can visit as many as you like, however, you are limited to one (1) visitation at each attraction while your Connect Pass is active.

If am traveling with a friend or family, can we use the same card?

No. Each person must have their own Connect Pass card in order to visit participating attractions.

What happens if I lose my Connect Pass?

Unfortunately the Visit Salt Lake Connect Pass is treated like cash and it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I receive a refund on my Connect Pass if I decide not to use it?

No. The Visit Salt Lake Connect Pass is non-refundable and all sales are final.
