One of the standout experiences? Skijoring—a heart-pounding sport where skiers are pulled by horses through an urban winter wonderland. The Winter Roundup also honors Salt Lake's pioneer spirit, exemplified by the Days of ’47 Rodeo, one of Utah's longest-standing traditions. Since 1847, the Days of '47 Rodeo has celebrated the state’s heritage with old-world charm and unmatched pageantry. Adding to the excitement, attend PBR: Unleash the Beast at the Delta Center on Friday, February 6th, or Saturday, February 7th, at 7:45pm, showcasing the world’s best bull riders and electrifying crowds to make a weekend of it! Together, these elements create a one-of-a-kind winter experience where tradition and adventure collide.​​
