The Visit Salt Lake Connect Pass opens the door to some of Salt Lake's most fun and fascinating attractions, and it saves you a pretty penny, too. Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Connect Pass, including where to buy a pass, how to activate it, and more.
You can purchase Connect Passes right here. Your passes will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Open the email on your mobile phone, tap the prompt that appears when you log in to view your pass, and an icon will be saved to your homescreen. Any time you want to access your pass, simply tap the Connect Pass icon. Don't have a smartphone? You can also print vouchers from your desktop computer.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Please allow 3 business days to process group orders. For group rate information or to order, please contact our Ticket Systems Manager, Mary Grimes (firstname.lastname@example.org; 801-534-4952).
Absolutely! Regular admission to all of the participating attractions adds up to over $234. Depending which pass you buy, you'll save between 50% and 80% on the total cost of admissions. In other words, one Connect Pass goes a long way. View details on the regular admission pricing for each attraction and what you can save with the Connect Pass.
Do I need to get a Connect Pass for my toddler?
Nope. Children under 3 get free admission to all Connect Pass attractions.
The Connect Pass is sold as a 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, or 365-day pass. It's activated the first time you use it and remains active for the number of consecutive days purchased. Once activated, the 365-day pass remains active for an entire year. You must activate your pass within 90 days of purchase. To activate your pass, just take it to the ticket window of any of the participating attractions.
There are 13 participating venues offering admission to 16 attractions (two of the venues, Clark Planetarium and Thanksgiving Point, offer two attractions). You can visit all 16 attractions with your Connect Pass, but you are limited to one (1) visitation at each attraction while your pass is active.
