Health & Safety

Promote safe practices to our guests and employees, and in addition, celebrate health in the workplace.

Internal Culture:

We follow all OSHA guidelines and regulations, ensuring staff have proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and are trained on proper safety measures across all departments.

Staff are trained on crisis prevention and response. This includes routine drills on earthquakes, fire, active shooter scenarios, and more.

Wellness, work-life balance, and health is a priority.

Many of our staff have struggled with addiction in the past. Our venues have a lot of incredible success stories for those that have overcome these personal challenges.

Aggressive hospitality is a part of our culture, this empowers staff to look for badges and help visitors that may be lost or in the wrong place.

External Partnerships:

Our Guest Services Department and Safety & Security Committee work tirelessly to create safe venues for our events. This includes infrastructure development, local fire , EMT, and police partnerships, and 24/7 camera monitoring.

We have a robust crisis response plan in the event of an incident. This includes building and communications response, and partnership with the Utah PIO Association. This plan is shared with clients prior to events.

We operate hygienic buildings to promote health & safety for all those who visit. This has allowed us to take swift action on COVID-19.

New Targets:

We are committed to best practices for COVID-19 reactivation. We’ve already built two action programs; our VenueShield Program and a very exciting accreditation (coming soon…). We look forward to putting these new programs to the test as events return!
