Service
Be a service-minded corporate citizen.
Read MoreWe meet monthly to discuss ways to further enhance staff culture, such as continued development of wellness programs, and to plan our community service projects.
During times of struggle, we push for levity and connection points for our staff. Example: CoronaCation Video Series (took place during COVID-19’s quarantine in early 2020).
Throughout the year we do collection drives for things such as socks, diapers, and canned food to be donated.
We support our community through volunteer service. Projects include sandwich making for the homeless, environmental cleanup, and building community gardens. This is one of our staff’s proudest community impact programs, so this bullet point stands alone!
We are in the process of rolling out a new employee recognition program called the You Are Heroes Program. This will focus less on competition amongst staff and more on in the moment, spontaneous, recognition of a job well done.
We want to continue expanding partnerships with local social equity organizations. This could include supporting a nonprofit whose mission is to promote racial justice or learning from progressive businesses in the space of culture equality in the workplace.
Help those in need through food rescue programs and/or reduction of food waste wherever possible.
