Customer Service Committee

We provide outstanding customer service to clients, attendees, and fellow team members by performing with the highest level of quality.

 

Internal Culture: 

We meet monthly to discuss innovative methods to great customer service. We also examine any service challenges the facility may face at any given time.

All staff are trained on our Brilliant at the Basics upon hire, and consistently through employment, to ensure our pledges and core values are practiced every day. Training is often done through team building and interactivity.

Though it may seem obvious, it must be said: We believe that a smile, greeting, and helping hand fosters positive experiences throughout our building. We practice it internally, each day, so it’s carried out to our stakeholders, each day.


External Partnerships:

 

Each event client receives an Event Profile Survey that asks questions about culture, accessibility, and languages spoken by attendees to help us welcome you at our best.

We are active participants on the Visit Salt Lake Customer Advisory Board so that we may gather feedback from valued clients and partners. The goal being to continue the enhancement of the Salt Lake convention experience.


New Targets: 

We are currently working on expansion of the committee to include other local hospitality partners. This includes local hotels, decorators, and community organizations (nonprofits).
