SERVICE FOR SUCCESS

Our employees are dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. The company provides on-going customer service training and campaigns. 

OUTREACH TO OUR COMMUNITY

Representatives from the Mountain America Exposition Center, Salt Palace Convention Center and the Salt Lake County Equestrian Park serve on the company’s Employee Action Committee. The committee selects projects that will benefit those in need in our community, such as homeless shelters, schools, underprivileged children and kids with cancer. Any useful products left over from conventions or other events are donated to local organizations. The committee also selects an Employee of the Month for the Salt Palace and Employee of the Quarter for the Mountain America Expo Center and the Equestrian Park. It also publishes a monthly newsletter. Additionally, employees represent the organization at various local civic organizations.

AWARENESS OF SAFETY

Each month, the Safety Committee meets to discuss ways to improve security in the building and employee safety in the workplace. Representatives from various departments provide valuable input on any issues that may affect employees or attendees. We are vigilant in following health and safety regulations. 

RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR ENVIRONMENT

The Mountain America Expo Center has partnered with the Salt Palace Convention Center, Utah Food Services, Visit Salt Lake and PSAV to develop a comprehensive Environmental Policy.  We strive to maintain and develop initiatives to help protect and enhance our environment, whether it’s through our extensive recycling program or our building improvements. Read more about our Sustainability Efforts
