FINCA is a Spanish tapas restaurant featuring local and sustainable ingredients, craft cocktails, and a large hand-selected wine list including many wines from small estate, sustainable Spanish vineyards. Named "Best New Restaurant" in SLC by City Weekly, Finca has also won numerous awards and reviews for its food, wine and beverage programs. Located in downtown SLC in a lush, custom-designed space, just 1 block from the Convention Center, Finca is open Mon-Sun for lunch, dinner, cocktails and weekend brunch. Large parties and groups are welcome! Finca has 2 private dining rooms, a bar/lounge area or main dining room available for custom events. Off-site catering is also available.


The word "Finca" means rural or agricultural estate in Spanish, and several unique wineries in Spain use "Finca" in their name to refer to wine made from grapes grown on their single-estate property. Like its sister restaurant Pago, Finca was developed to deliver unique and exceptional food -- in this case Spanish tapas -- sourced from local farms and artisans in Utah. Spanish tapas (or small plates) have a long history in Spain, traditionally served as in-between snacks before lunch or dinner with a glass of wine or a cocktail. In the U.S., many Spanish tapas restaurants play off this concept with tapas as a main course, creating a fun, communal, energetic event where diners can sample and share many small dishes during the meal.


We've developed an enticing bar program that transforms artisan spirits into balanced cocktails. Highlighting Spanish spirits, sherries and ports, the bar program tips its hat to Spain, while offering the best of craft cocktails from around the world. Finca also offers an exclusive Spanish wine list, celebrating Spain’s diverse wine growing regions. Sommelier/Owner Scott Evans traveled across Spain to hand select wines from family owned estates, or Finca’s. The result is an exciting wine program with depth and breadth from Spain’s established and up and coming producers. Salud!

  • Description: Catering: Finca provides full service off-site catering with fully customizable menu and wine/beverage selections. Private Party Facilities: Two lush and unique separate private dining rooms are available for groups, one with space for up to 24 people (seated) and the other with space for up to 32 people (seated). Standard menu and custom menus available, with wine/beverage options. AV equipment available on-site. The bar/lounge area has space to seat approximately 40 people, or more standing. We have two large adjacent chef's tables available that seat up to 12 people each or 24 people combined. The main dining room and/or bar and lounge area seat 140+ and is available for large groups. The entire restaurant space will accommodate 200+ seated and may be available for a premium during select days/times.
