    Provisions is an American craft kitchen offering modern cuisine in a neighborhood setting.

    At Provisions we believe in carefully executed, regional, ingredient driven delicious cooking, produced in partnership with responsible farming and animal husbandry. We love to cook, it’s our passion and we respect the ingredient’s by keeping it simple, preparing it the best way we know how and plating in a fun and creative way to showcase and honor what we have here in Utah. We cook and eat with the seasons as it’s better for the environment and for our health. The bounty of nature guides our menus and gives us inspiration. We change the menu often and never compromise, we use the best when it’s at its best, to achieve peak flavor in peak season.

    The cuisine of Provisions is modern American, focusing on regional, organic and sustainable ingredients. We prepare them simply using new and old world technique’s to create exciting flavor profiles, textures and visual enjoyment. We draw influence from all over the world and incorporate them where we see fit to enhance the ingredients we enjoy in this part of the world. We will have pasta made in house daily, wood fire pizza, grilled, roasted, seared and raw seafood, beautiful vegetable preparation’s, local meats, fowl and game and many other ever changing items. One thing that will never change is our commitment to quality ingredients, where they come from and the care we put into serving them to you.
