Join the Herriman Yeti for a social distancing fitness challenge! The challenge will run May 3rd-30th featuring workouts with sets of 20 all in an effort to get fit and obtain prize drawing entries to win a variety of prizes!The Fitness Challenge-• Week 1: Walk/run for 20 minutes at least five days of the week• Week 2: Add 20 sit-ups per day to your 20 minutes of walking/running five days a week• Week 3: Add 20 push-ups per day to your sit-ups and walking/running five days a week• Week 4: Add 20 squats per day to your sit-ups, push-ups, and walking/running five days a weekEach week of activities you complete = 1 prize drawing entriesComplete all four weeks = 10 prize drawing entriesSubmit your final results at https://bit.ly/yetifitnesschallenge2020 before June 5th.Prize drawings held June 8th.
