Traeger Grills Cooking Class with Amanda Haas

Cookbook author, and recipe developer Amanda Haas will be joining us at Traeger HQ in Sugarhouse for a special spring cooking class. Amanda is is the former Culinary Director for Williams Sonoma where among many other accomplishments she hosted over 150 videos. Her third cookbook, The Vibrant Life, will be released in Fall 2019.During this special three-hour class Amanda will teach some of her seasonal favorites. You can learn Amanda's techniques for a maple-orange crackled ham and whole-roasted leg of lamb, pefect for an Easter feast. These staples will be completement by grilled prosciutto-wrapped asapragus and braised beans with spring vegetables. We'll wrap with baked double lemon layer bars for dessert. All cooked on the Traeger wood-fired grill!
