    ROCK BAND SUMMER SESSIONSFor ages 11-17, Covid19-safe with social distancing, body temp at the door, masks (not singers, silly!) and plexiglass germ guards!  Our weekly 2-hour sessions given by the most award-winning* rock music instruction team in SL County.Led by internationally-renowned rock guitarist, producer, educator and SLAM Rock Music Director, Terence Hansen with Steve Auerbach.  Sessions are given in our new, custom-built facility with pro keyboards, amps, drums and sound system in our 1,800 square foot  recording studio and training facility.Lower-cost per student, per hour than any other youth program in the County, plus SLAM\\\'s Teen Rock Bands Program students perform four times more shows than any rival program in the County in live, quarterly concerts (online and/or live on stage) PLUS as many as 20 outdoor festivals in front of over 200,000 people each summer!Our state-of-the-art studios in Sugar House offer lessons, rehearsals, recording and performance programs.  SLAM is located 2 blocks from I-80, 1 block from light rail, 1 block from UTA bus lines and on the Bonneville Bike Path via Sugar House Park across the street with bike lanes leading to our door!Student, parent and community 5-star reviews at https://www.slamslc.org/testimonialsHere are a few...\\\"It’s so much more than I realized in the beginning.  My daughter really enjoyed working with a great band of talented kids whose progression during just one summer was really impressive.  I know the kids brought the talent, but Steve and Terence really pulled them together.
