We’ll dive into the meticulous craft of Scotland’s famed distillate and the student will leave with in-depth knowledge of the history, regions, and production of these incredible spirits. Grain handling, mashing, ferment, distillation and maturation will all be explored.About Water Witch: Matt Pfohl, Scott Gardner and Sean Neves are award-winning cocktail and spirits professionals with over 35 years of collective experience and dozens of clients in the restaurant and bar world. In late 2016, they opened their namesake bar, Water Witch in Salt Lake City’s Central 9th neighborhood.
