Ogden Symphony Ballet Association in association with NEXT Ensemble, Chamber Orchestra Ogden & Weber State University Choral Department present the inaugural music festival celebrating the works of one of our greatest & most influential composers: Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). Throughout the week of April 8th, a series of free concerts and educational events will be held throughout Ogden to commemorate this musical genius.Concert # 2 takes place at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (3329 Harrison Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403) and will feature NEXT Ensemble under the Direction of Gabriel Gordon.All Concerts and Events are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.Schedule of Festival Events:Monday, April 8 at 7pm: Bach Lecture & Mini-Concert at Weber County Library by Dr. Carey CampbellTuesday, April 9 at 7pm: Concert #1 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Chamber Orchestra OgdenWednesday, April 10 at 3:30pm: Bach for Kids at Treehouse MuseumThursday, Apr 11 at 7pm: Concert #2 at St. Paul’s Lutheran with NEXT EnsembleFriday, April 12 at 7pm: Concert #3 at Ogden Tabernacle with WSU ChoirAll Concerts and Events are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
