The Cache Valley Center for the Arts will be hosting Nashville-based a songwriting duo the Warren Brothers at the Ellen Eccles Theatre in Logan on June 26.Brad and Brett Warren are behind many hits in the country music scene, including “If You’re Reading This” by Tim McGraw, “Red Solo Cup” by Toby Keith and “Every Time I Hear That Song” by Blake Shelton. “That’s When,” a song the brothers wrote with Taylor Swift, recently appeared on the re-recording of her album, “Fearless.”The Warrens have had eight No. 1 hits and five additional songs in the top ten of the Hot Country Songs chart. A selection of their songs can be found in this playlist. The duo comes to Cache Valley via the Music City Hit-Makers, a group of songwriters that perform acoustic renditions of songs they’ve penned for Nashville’s most notable stars. Through these performances, audiences learn the stories behind their favorite country hits. The Warren Brothers will be joined by local and national musicians, breathing fresh life into the memories associated with these songs.“We are excited to have the uber-talented Music City Hit-Makers and Warren Brothers with us and it will be wonderful to have local musicians back on the Ellen Eccles Theatre stage,” CacheARTS Executive Director Wendi Hassan said. “There’s nothing quite like country music to celebrate a Cache Valley summer.”
