Murray Cultural Arts hold free children's matinees from June through August at Murray Park. Held most Thursdays at 2:00 PM.The Utah Puppet Theater began in 1990 with the idea that puppet productions should be fun, grand, and accessible to Utah kids of all ages. Because children's imaginations are so lively, they "forget" to watch the puppeteer, and the character seems to move all by itself! Puppet Magic!Join us Thursday for the puppet tale of "The Treasure Chest". Our boy hero thinks he is simply going fishing for the day. But instead, he has quite an adventure. He encounters a pirate, a sea serpent, and a mysterious sea chest with very peculiar noises coming from within. Just what is going on here?WHO: Puppet PlayersWHEN: Thursday, June 30, 2:00 pmWHERE: Murray Park - White GazeboFind complete Arts in the Park schedule at murray.utah.gov
