As part of Bat Week, celebrating the role of bats in nature, Emily Jensko, a Wildlife Biologist with BLM and Adam Brewerton with DWR will be teaching a workshop all about local Utah bats!This family friendly workshop for adults and children will introduce these creatures of the night who are a important friend of the garden and predators of night-flying insects. We’ll also learn about how to create bat habitat and protect the bats living in our backyards and in our communities.  This class includes a fun kids activity!Workshop Fee is $15 per family.  Folks without kids are also welcome!
