Glen Canyon Photo Exhibit and Brower Award Ceremony

Please join us in the Great Hall of the Utah Museum of Fine Arts for a special evening of photography from both historical and contemporary photographers and river runners like Katie Lee, David Brower, Tad Nichols, James Kay, Elias Butler, and Nick Woolley. We will also be presenting the David R. Brower Conservation Awards to former Escalante Ranger and Glen Canyon explorer Bill Wolverton. There will also be a screening of the short film "Seldom Seen" celebrating another Brower Award recipient and Glen Canyon legend Ken Sleight. Ken will be present as a special guest to speak about his experiences in the canyon.If you want to take home a piece of Glen Canyon history for yourself, we'll be auctioning off the photographs at the event.
