We’re taking chocolate geek-dom to the next level with this deep dive into the wars of the past that have affected the spread of chocolate culture, its production, and how we perceive it today. We’ll explore how actual wars along with wars of culture and perception have influenced chocolate throughout history and what that means for us as consumers and chocolate lovers today.Intro to Craft Chocolate recommended as a prerequisite to this class, but not required. We will be discussing terroir, bean varietals, and more during the tasting.
