Psychotherapist Bryan Bushman discusses his new book, Becoming Okay (When You're Not Okay) at the Weber County Pleasant Valley Branch Library on Thursday, October 25th at 7:00 PM.Using playful humor and powerful case examples, Becoming Okay (When You’re Not Okay) provides readers with scientifically-grounded, yet soul-expanding, exercises and insights that allow them to build a life of vitality and action – even while experiencing some of life’s greatest trials.Bryan Bushman received his PhD in Clinical Psychology. He completed advanced and post-doctoral training in pain management, neuropsychological assessment, and anxiety/ trauma. Dr. Bushman has published in peer-reviewed, scientific journals. He has worked for the last decade as a psychotherapist and neuropsychologist at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah.This event is made possible with support from the Weber County Library, Weber Book Links, and Utah Humanities.
