2020 Sandy City's July 4th Celebration

The Sandy City 4th of July Celebration is held on the beautiful grassy City Promenade between Sandy City Hall and The Shops at South Town at 10000 S. Centennial Parkway.The celebration begins with the Sandy Classic 5K Race at 7 am. A Youth Arts Festival starts at 10 am with rides, games, and a variety of food. Entertainment goes throughout the day. The parade begins at 6 pm and the evening concert at 7:30 pm. The Grand Sky Concert fireworks display caps off the day at 10 pm.Youth Arts Festival: 4th of July crafts, sand sculpting, and face painting! Participation at this crafty tent is FREE for youth (4-12 year olds).Location: City Promenade - 10000 S. It combines the teamwork of volleyball, the hand-eye coordination of four square, and the physicality of a cardio workout. The two-on-two game is played with a small rubber ball and an elastic net stretched tight over a plastic rim.
