Service for Success
Our employees are dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. All employees participate in on-going, comprehensive customer training sessions.
Outreach to Our Community
A representatives of the Equestrian Center serves on the Employee Action Committee, along with employees of the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Mountain America Exposition Center. The committee selects projects that will benefit those in need in our community, such as homeless shelters, schools, underprivileged children and kids with cancer. Additionally, employees volunteer their time to support such organizations as the Utah Food Bank, the Salt Lake City School District and other area non-profits.
Awareness of Safety
Each month, the Safety Committee meets to discuss ways to improve safety and security in the workplace. Representatives from various departments provide valuable input on any issues that may affect employees or attendees. We are vigilant in following health and safety regulations. The committee also publishes a monthly newsletter.
Responsibility to our Environment
Department managers gather quarterly for the Green Committee meeting. We strive to maintain and develop initiatives to help protect and enhance our environment, whether it’s through our extensive recycling program or our facility improvements.
