Outdoor Retailer Kick-Off Dining Event

Lugano Restaurant will be hosting it's first Outdoor Retailer kick-off event with Big Sky Brewery on Wednesday, January 19, 2011. As the opening of Lugano's Annual Dinner Series, the event will feature a six-course locally inspired tasting menu paired and prepared with beers from Big Sky Brewery. Bjorn Nabozney, brewery co-founder, will be on premise to greet all the dinner guests.

Many of the menu courses will feature local, sustainable and organic products such as end-of-the-season winter greens from Bell Organics, honey and ranch eggs from Clifford Farms and lamb from Morgan Valley. This will provide another great opportunity for many of the OR participants to enjoy all that Salt Lake City has to offer!
