Tori Piersante, CMP, recently joined the Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau as Director of Convention Sales focusing on the education market.
Piersante brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience to the Salt Lake CVB, the last seven of which was spent with the Greater Lansing (Michigan) CVB, where she was the organization’s top producer. In addition to understanding the role and responsibilities of a CVB, Piersante brings conference center and hotel experience, having worked for Michigan State University’s Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, the Lansing Center/Civic Arena, the Village at Smuggler’s Notch (Vermont), Sheraton Key Largo Resort (Florida), Crown Plaza Hotel (Miami), Westin Copley Hotel (Boston) and Pier 66 Hotel (Ft. Lauderdale).
