The Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau begins its 2007 year on the heels of being presented three prestigious industry awards: Meetings & Conventions' Gold Service Award and Hall of Fame Inductee, Corporate & Incentive Travel's 2006 Award of Excellence, and Meeting News' recognition of the marketing organization as one of the nation's Top 25 Convention & Visitors Bureau.

"Being recognized by any one of these ‘prestigious' industry publications is fantastic," commented Scott Beck, SLCVB president and CEO. "Receiving these three in a single year truly demonstrates the level of service Salt Lake and its hospitality partners are committed to offering all incoming meeting and convention groups."

This is the 12th year the Salt Lake CVB has been presented Meeting & Conventions' Gold Service Award, exemplifying the highest levels of excellence year after year, qualifying it for induction into the publication's Hall of Fame.
