The Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau announced the expansion of its Washington, D.C., sales office, appointing Larissa Tishevskaya Director of Convention Sales, Washington, D.C. Office. Tishevskaya joins forces with Carey Fenn-Moses in the D.C. office.

Tishevskaya joins the SLCVB with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry. For the past five years, Tishevskaya worked with Marriott International and, prior, represented the Switzerland Tourism Office in Moscow.

“Larissa’s extensive and diverse background is sure to complement our sales and marketing efforts in the critical and competitive Washington, D.C. marketplace,” said Mark White, SLCVB’s Vice President of Sales. “We expect Larissa’s skill-set to enhance the groundwork already in place and further heighten Salt Lake’s position as a world-class convention destination.”
