Toscana, joins Red Iguana and Mazza as members of a select
club of perennial winners, deemed by Salt Lake Magazine (April 2008) as "places (that) have achieved such consistent excellence that they deserve an award just for winning awards."
Salt Lake Magazine instituted its Dining Hall of Fame in 2008 as an award for consistent winners of their
dining awards. States Mary Brown Malouf, Salt Lake Magazine's Food Editor: "This is the highest honor we can give a restaurant in Utah. It means that besides having great food, terrific ambiance and passionate people, something magical has happened to make this restaurant so
consistently excellent on all fronts that it thrives as an inspiration to everyone in the business.
