As the Salt Palace's in house food service, we here at Utah Food Service (UFS), have been a leader in the catering community for over 20 years. We strive to make every event a celebration of life through presentation of food and service. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every service we provide.

Whether you have a group of 10 or 10,000, UFS has the staff, the equipment, quality cuisine, and the creativity and enthusiasm to meet all of your catering needs in any setting.

We offer customized menus, featuring Global and local fare, innovative ideas, fresh and flavorful ingredients; all prepared to your specifications. Alternative meals can be arranged to meet your specifications.

Flaming flambé, chocolate fountains, sushi rolling, pasta bars, grilled quesadilla demonstrations, and omelet and crepe stations are just a few extraordinary services UFS can provide.

In addition to food and bar/beverage service, our knowledgeable sales staff can arrange ice carvings, floral décor, tables and chairs, etc. Catering equipment rentals are also available.
