BUSINESS CENTER ACCOUNT
Set up an account with us for quick and easy access to all our services and supplies with the convenience of a single invoice at the close of the event. We also offer a 10% discount for all authorized account holders.
COPY AND PRINT SERVICES
Don't pay expensive freight charges to get printed material shipped in for your event and don't waste time walking to an off-site print center that will have you waiting for hours. Save time and money by having the Business Center handle all of your copy and printing needs here, in-house. With our fast turnaround time, you can have copies and prints made while you wait or have us pick up and deliver your projects to your exhibit booth or meeting room.
- BEFORE THE EVENT: Call, email or place an order on-line. Your prints will be waiting for you when you arrive at the convention center. We can also deliver to your meeting room or exhibit booth.
- DURNG THE EVENT: We can complete most copy jobs while you wait. If you need to create or revise your documents, we have computer access with the latest versions of Adobe programs and Microsoft Office suites available for use.
White paper and cardboard recycling services are available through the Business Center.
We have a large inventory of office supplies and tech accessories on hand. Need scissors, Sharpies, postage stamps, push pins, Velcro, a flash drive or cell phone charger? The list goes on and we have it!
COMPUTER AND INTERNET ACCESS
The Business Center computers all have high-speed access to the Internet. They have Microsoft Office for last-minute document revisions and editing. Some also offer Skype access and Adobe Creative Suite for editing in Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
SCOOTER AND WHEELCHAIR RENTALS
The Salt Palace Business Center offers both electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs to assist you while you are visiting our convention center. Our fleet is located on-site, with hourly, daily and event rates.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Avoide extra bag fees and the hassle of carrying heavy luggage. The Salt Palace Business Center offers small package* shipping and receiving services. We use UPS, FedEx and US Postal Services. We have regular weekday pickups and a large supply of boxes and packing materials.
*The Salt Palace Business Center can ship and receive any package under 150 lbs.
SHIP 'N STORE
Convention Center attendees often gather a large amount of session materials, handouts or event products. We make it easy to store your collected materials in the Business Center throughout your conference and then ship them home afterwards.
The Business Center can operate a mobile shipping desk for events that require shipping services in a more convenient location for their attendees.
**This is an exclusive service offered by the Business Center. Other entities may not be contracted to operate a similar service within the facility.
COAT AND LUGGAGE CHECK**
The Business Center can operate a coat and luggage check service for events. We provide staffing, equipment and claim tickets. Service will be set up in a location that is convenient for event attendees and guests. The coat check can be operated as a "hosted" (show management covers the cost) or "cash" (attendees will pay a small fee to check each item) service.
