Membership Dues & Terms

Membership dues are non-refundable and will be billed annually on your anniversary date. You can complete your
membership application by paying your dues online after submitting this form. See member dues rates.

Visit Salt Lake and its Board of Trustees retain the right to reject or discontinue membership due to unbecoming
conduct by a member or for reasons that may be detrimental to the organization.
