We provide registration & housing services to clients throughout the US. An early adopter of the Passkey reservation system, the nation’s leading Internet-based housing technology, THC is its largest city-wide user.
Executing over 250,000 registration/housing transactions each year for events ranging in attendance from 500 to over 20,000, we are nationally recognized by meeting planners and industry professionals for our commitment to client service and proven expertise in creating a smooth experience for attendees such as yours. With positions filled by reservationists, event managers, software developers, network engineers and web designers, we offer a staff of over 30 professionals dedicated to your success.
Although THC’s reputation for excellence was built serving clients throughout the US, it all began here in Salt Lake City with procedures and policies developed working closely with our local hotel partners.
