Join in the adventure April 2nd-9th at Sandy's first annual Adventure Week.

With over 20 activities to choose from over the course of this 7-day event, and with 20,000 expected attendees, Adventure Week has options for everyone in your family or friend group. With plenty of snow for fun in the mountains, and blossoms blooming in the warmth of the valley, Sandy’s Adventure Week covers all the urban and mountain-lifestyle bases.

Learn how to walk a slackline, take an adventure photo workshop, demo next year’s new skis at Alta Ski Resort, sign the kids up for a Strider Bike Race, and more.

As the gateway to Salt Lake’s famous Cottonwood Canyons, Sandy is where urban and mountain living meet. Any spring day Sandy residents can ski fresh powder in the morning, climb world famous boulders and sport routes in the afternoon, and catch a Real Salt Lake MLS soccer game in the evening. And the days don’t end there—many great eating establishments await.

Space may be limited for certain Adventure Week activities, so sign up fast. To see a full listing of events and calendars during Adventure Week go here:

And what better way to end a day of adventure than a cold beer and great food? Adventure Week has lined up Sandy’s best après options. Check out the Tin Roof Grill, tour Snowbird’s various après diversions, and listen to a presentation by Apa Sherpa (holder of the world record for summiting Everest 21 times) at local brewpub and post-adventure hotspot Bohemian Brewery.
