What do you get when you combine fresh mountain air, live music, boutique wine, craft beer, and a sprawling tasting menu featuring 50 of Utah's best chefs? Taste of the Wasatch.
Held at Big Cottonwood Canyon's Solitude Mountain Resort, this is one of Salt Lake's most anticipated culinary events. The weather is gorgeous, the food is heavenly, the drinks flow, and the smiles don't stop. People even smile as they're nibbling summer fruits velouté, mini bison tacos, and gelato eclairs. It's hard to do—try smiling and eating simultaneously sometime.
If you drink one too many Epic beers, good news! Taste of the Wasatch attendees get 20% off a night's stay at Solitude Inn or one of the property's condos. Why not make it a mini vacation? Stay and check out the wildflowers, go for a trail ride, take a swim, and then crash in a comfy bed, with dreams of Bailey's ice cream sandwich fairies dancing your head…
The best thing about this event is that all proceeds go to helping fight hunger in Utah. Come enjoy the creations of Pallet Bistro, Deer Valley, R&R BBQ, Finca, Sage's Cafe, and tons of others, and do it for a worthy humanitarian cause.
This event is 21+. Reserved seats are sold out, but general admission is still available, so buy your tickets now, bring your lawn chairs and shade tent, and come enjoy food, drink, music, and merriment in the mountains.
