It’s easy as a local to take for granted all the delicious dining options in Salt Lake. You could easily try new places every other weekend. With the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market tradeshow beginning this week in downtown, I stopped to think of all the awesome places that have opened since the last OR Summer Market. I couldn’t possibly list all of them but here are few great culinary delights.I would suggest strolling through downtown's City Creek Center if you’re looking for the new dining mecca. Kneaders or Hagermann's Bakehouse are delicious bakeries and great options for breakfast and lunch, or check out Sixth & Pine, a diner located in the new Nordstrom. (As mentioned in my Farmer’s Market blog, eating and shopping go hand and hand.) Texas de Brazil or Cheesecake Factory located in the City Creek Center are great places for groups looking for delicious dinner.City Creek isn’t the only location downtown boasting delicious eats. Which according to their site is “comfortable, enticing and cozy.” Be prepared to make friends at Pallet if you choose to sit at their communal tables.
