Dreary January can be a little hard to get through, which is one reason I appreciated the clever, lighthearted farce Black Comedy, onstage now through Saturday, Jan. 29 at Pioneer Memorial Theatre.The play takes audiences back to Swinging London of the 1960s, and also delivers something all too rare in stage comedies, genuine laughs. Clocking in at a brief ninety minutes, Black Comedy features elaborately choreographed physical comedy and excellent performances by the ensemble cast.
