Though pairing beer with food is just now becoming a trend, Lugano Restaurant and Uinta Brewing Company have successfully hosted this event for ten years. The six-course tasting menu is paired and prepared with an assortment of Uinta products; this year specifically focusing on Uinta's new Crooked Line and their organic Four + line. The event will be hosted by Chef/Owner of Lugano Restaurant, Greg Neville, Uinta founder Will Hamill and Uinta partner Steve Kuftinec.The commitment of Lugano and Uinta to utilize local, sustainable and organic products will highlight this year's extensive menu. Notable courses will include:
- Local chard/pumpkin "agnolotti del plin" paired with the organic Punk'n Harvest Ale from the Four + brewing line
- An espresso rubbed Morgan Valley Lamb T-bone with cauliflower, Beehive Cheddar flan served with the Cockeyed Cooper Bourbon Barrel Barley Wine Ale from Uinta's Crooked Line.
