Upon entry, you can smell the freshly made coffee and baked goods, see a case full of beautifully appetizing cupcakes, and get a glimpse of the main dining area. Then you find that they have a great selection of quiches, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads to satisfy your breakfast and lunch needs. Order any of their dishes, and you quickly see that these are not foodservice frozen meals simply being scooped on a plate, there is a delicate care and preparation to each dish, providing you with a fresh and satisfying experience. There are many items that remain on the menu regularly, and they also provide additional options daily so you can never get bored.
Of course, you cannot pass up the cupcakes. A variety of flavors rotate each day, including vegan options, gluten-free options, and dairy-free varieties. I have not been disappointed by any of the cupcakes I have tried (yes, even the alternative baking flavors are amazing) but continually go for the red velvet, which is divine. They often have miniature cupcakes, which give you a great opportunity to sample a few without filling up too quickly. These are the real deal, truly gourmet cupcakes made fresh from scratch, with recipes truly made to delight.
Each Sunday they have a mimosa-brunch buffet from 10am-2pm. For $16.99 per person, you can enjoy an array of great eggs, potatoes, meats, pastries, and other brunch favorites including an omelette bar. Coffee, mimosas, and wine make a perfect accompaniment to the great food.Along with the main dining area, there is a beautiful and spacious patio, the library, and an indoor nursery when the weather is not conducive for outdoor dining. Also, free Wifi, which makes this a perfect spot to hang out with friends, or get work done.
Open Monday-Saturday 6:30am-10pm, Sunday 7am-5pm.
