Oktoberfest...Oktoberfest Oktoberfest is an annual tradition at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort and runs from the end of August through the first part of October on Saturdays and Sunday (and Labor Day). You'll find music, dancing, German cuisine and a small marketplace with local vendors. Started about 38 years ago, Oktoberfest is one of the largest festivals in the state of Utah.
