Holiday Window Wonderland: Let It Snow-GlobeMichael Mack - December 10, 2010 at 9:52AM
Visit Salt Lake is pleased to be participating in the Downtown Alliance Holiday Window Wonderland contest! Local Utah artist Paul Heath, a frequent visitor to Snow Globe Land, has added his identifiable look in a temporary display on the windows of the Visitor Information Center at the Salt Palace Convention Center, just in time for the Holiday Season. Whether working on canvas, glass, layered pieces of wood or even windows, Paul always demonstrates a distinct style in his art, with a tip of the beret to local icons, buildings, landmarks and history. His art can be found at numerous Salt Lake galleries and shops. www.paulheathart.com Get a glimpse of the creation of this holiday work of art: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AK13VPqMiJo More info on the Holiday Window contest: Salt Lake City is ready for the holidays and the Downtown Alliance has invited downtown businesss to decorate their windows or store fronts in an effort to create the spirit of the season and remind all, who work, shop and visit, of the activities, sights and sounds that are traditions throughout downtown Salt Lake City.
