Ski Utah Launches New Yeti Pass
Ski Every Utah Resort for $35 a Day

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – New for the 2011-12 winter season, Ski Utah announces the Yeti Pass enabling pass holders to ski one day at every Utah resort for $499 ($35 per day).* Sale of the passes opens Monday, August 1, 2011. A very limited number of Yeti Passes are available.

The Yeti Pass is the perfect accompaniment for parents with students participating in the Ski Utah Fifth and Sixth Grade Passport program (through which fifth and sixth graders ski free) or anyone who has ever wanted to explore the state’s 14 resorts. The Yeti Pass is good for one lift ticket at every Utah ski and snowboard resort during the 2011-12 season. The Pass is nontransferable and can only be used by the pass holder. A photo ID must be presented with a completely intact Yeti Pass booklet resort voucher at any resort lift ticket window to receive a same day lift pass.

All Yeti Pass holders are invited to participate in the first ever Yeti of the Year contest. The first pass holder to successfully ski all 14 Utah resorts will be awarded an unforgettable heli-ski day with Wasatch Powderbird Guides.** To participate, pass holders must take a photo of themselves at each resort ticket window with their lift ticket and Yeti Pass booklet, post it on the Ski Utah Yeti Facebook fan page ( and tag each photo “Ski Utah Yeti.”  Pass holders may only visit one resort per day.

For more information on the Yeti Pass or to purchase a pass visit or call 801.534.1779.
